Don’t mess with the hair there: Hair removal is great, but waxing is the best option. Though trimming is also good as long as only the hair are being chopped. Waxing hurts for the first time but the pain reduces with each session. If you are a delicate, at least use a female razor designed for sensitive area like this. Men’s razors are not an option as they are designed for beards that are coarse. The blades will simply cause rash and burning. Hair removal creams are worst because they cause discolouration because of the harsh chemical which is too harsh.
Pierce it: Because of fashion, piercing the genitals is really popular, and while it may look very badass and possibly make you feel different sensations, it isn’t the best idea. Genital piercings can be safe if they’re done correctly, but unfortunately, it is really difficult to know whether you’re getting it done correctly or not. Piercings can also lead to a lot of irritation and can snag on things during $ex, which can quickly lead to a trip to the hospital. So, you’re better off not getting this part of your body pierced.
No bursting pimples: Believe it or not, skin anywhere in the body, whether on your face, your b*tt or anywhere else can get acne. Breaking them will lead to the same consequence—more marks, more acne. Just leave them alone to dry and they will.
No public toilet: Your va-gina is super sensitive and prone to all the infections in the world. Using a public toilet is inviting germs and bacteria of strangers.
No douching: Douching and all are really not needed as the vagina cleans itself. In fact, douching can lead to cervical cancer and many other urinary tract infections. Douching is really bad for your vagina. Again, your vagina is self-cleaning. It doesn’t need any help. Douching essentially cleans it too much, and also dries out the area, leaving it irritated. It ups your chances of infection a lot. It’s just not necessary.
Chum hygienically: Like the skin on the face, some people are more sensitive down there. See if you are one of them and avoid using synthetic sanitary pads.
No perfume needed there: Perfumed soaps and perfumes are a big No-No. Use a va-ginal wash only or simply water. Every woman has a peculiar smell, which is okay. But if you smell like a fish market and are having a discoloured flood down there, see a doctor as soon as possible.
Cleaning it with scented soap: Your vagina is self-cleaning, meaning it really doesn’t need to be cleaned by you at all – regular showers and wiping correctly are really all you need to worry about. However, a lot of women get it into their heads that they have to do more. This is a bad idea soaps that are scented often contain chemicals and ingredients that will bother you down there, leaving you susceptible to infection or irritation.
No bleaching: Now, after the damage is done with the discolouration, one adds insult to the injury by bleaching. If the tiles in your toilet or your pot get stained, you bleach them. If your vagina gets dark don’t bleach it. Bleaching does not help in doing away with discolouration anyway.
Dye: So, you want to get a little crazy and dye your pubic hair. Okay… but it’s not the best idea. The chemicals in hair dye can be very strong, and you can’t forget that the skin down there is way more sensitive than the skin on the rest of your body. Plus, if the dye hits your labia, you are going to feel a whole lot of unpleasant burning.
